Studs
Deformed Bar Anchors - Used for deep embedment anchors in such applications as precast columns, tee and beam connections, seismic shear walls and securing steel plates to concrete structures. Deformed bars meet requirements of AWS D1.1, ASTM A496 and ICBO specifications.
Concrete Anchors - Widely used in precast, cast in place or composite steel construction for miscellaneous embeded plates, frames, curbing, attachments and connections. Concrete anchors meet requirements of AWS D1.1, ASTM A108 Grade 1010 - 1020 and ICBO specifications.
Shear Connectors - Typically used in composite steel construction for holding concrete slabs to steel members to resist forces and increase shear loading capacity in steel buildings, bridges and column caissons. They also act as embedment anchors on miscellaneous embedded plates, frames, angles, strip plates, attachments and connections. Shear connectors meet requirements of AWS D1.1, ASTM A108 Grade 1010 - 1020 and ICBO specifications.
Threaded Mild Steel - Low Carbon mild steel fully threaded studs are recommended for fastener applications where threads are needed for the full fastener length. Partially threaded studs are recommended for fastening applications to heavy gauge base materials where development of the full fastener strength is needed. The unthreaded section minimizes the weld flash diameter and height. Standard mild steel studs conform to AWS D1.1, ASTM A108 Grade 1010 - 1020.
Threaded Stainless Steel - Stainless steel fully threaded studs are recommended for fastener applications where threads are needed for the full fastener length and corrosion resistant characteristics are required. Standard stainless steel studs are made from 18-8 corrosion resistant steel and conform to ASTM A493 specification.
Capacitor Discharge - Studs designed for use in light gauge metal working. Threaded and non-threaded studs available in low carbon mild steel, 18-8 stainless steel, and 5356 aluminum. Exotic metals may be available by special order.
Accessories
Standard Chuck - Made of high temperature copper alloy and designed to hold standard styles of studs in the weld gun during the arc welding process.
Chuck Body - The portion of the two part chuck assembly that is attached to the gun using a hex or morse taper fitting.
Chuck Sleeve - The portion of the two part chuck assembly that is attached to the chuck body and is used to hold the weld stud in the gun. The chuck sleeve is made of high temperature copper alloy.
Ferrule Footplate - Used in place of a standard foot and grip assembly. They are mounted on a single leg that extends from the gun body. It is typically used for tight clearance applications.
Closed Foot - Made of an insulating material. They are mounted on the two legs that extend from the gun body. A closed ferrule grip is then installed on the foot for use with studs not containing a head, collar or bend. The foot and leg assembly is locked into position by set screws in the gun body.
Split Foot - Made of an insulating material. They are mounted on the two legs that extend from the gun body. A split ferrule grip is then installed on the foot for use with studs containing a head, collar or bend. The foot and leg assembly is locked into position by set screws in the gun body.
Ferrule Grip/Closed - Made of copper alloy material. The closed grip is installed in a standard closed foot and is used to secure the ceramic ferrule against the work surface. They are typically used with threaded and non-threaded weld studs.
Ferrule Grip/Split - Made of copper alloy material. The split grip is installed in a standard split foot and is used to secure the ceramic ferrule against the work surface. They are typically used with studs containing a head, collar or bend.
WTD Assembly - Standard weld-thru-deck assemblies are comprised of a foot made of insulating material and a copper leg extension. This assembly is mounted on the two legs that extend from the gun body. A weld-thru-deck grip is installed on the assembly to secure the ceramic ferrule against the work surface.
WTD Grip - Standard weld-thru-deck grips are made of a heavy duty copper alloy material. This grip is installed on a weld-thru-deck assembly and is used to secure the ceramic ferrule against the work surface. They are used primarily in weld-thru-deck applications.
Gun Leg - Gun legs extend from the gun body and are used to mount various ferrule holder configurations.
Chuck Adapter - Designed to convert a chuck with a threaded fitting to a morse taper fitting. This adaptor allows for universal chuck installation to any make or model of weld gun.
Special Chucks - Used for specialty applications including long style, rectangular, "Y" anchor, bent anchor, male, and magnetic chucks.
Special Feet - Designed for non-standard applications, these feet include split and closed bi-pod, gas adaptor for aluminum welding, and foot plate for refractory applications.
Ferrule Grip-Split Long - Long split grips are made of copper alloy material. The long split grip is installed in a split foot and is used to secure the ceramic ferrule against the work surface. They are typically used in applications requiring additional clearance from between the work surface and the weld gun.
Collets - Collets are made of high temperature copper alloy material and designed to hold standard style cd studs during the capacitor discharge welding process.
Connector (Camlok Standard) - A two part connector made of high temperature copper alloy and a fiber shell for use on all 1/0 weld cable connections.
Connector (Camlok HD) - A two part connector made of high temperature copper alloy and a high temperature fiberglass shell for use on all 4/0 weld cable connections.
Connectors (R&S) - A standard control cable connector used for all 3-wire and 4-wire weld gun configurations.
Connectors (Hubbell) - A standard control cable connector used for all 2-wire weld gun configuraions. |
