Mechanical Anchors

Large Diameter Threaded (LDT) - High-strength threaded anchor for concrete and masonry. The self-undercutting, non-expansion characteristics make it the ideal anchor for structural applications, even at minimum edge distances and under reduced spacing conditions.

Wedge - Non-bottom bearing, wedge style expansion anchor for use in solid concrete or grout filled masonry.

Sleeve - Pre-assembled expanding sleeve anchors for use in all types of hollow and solid base materials.

Single Expansion - Corrosion resistant, die cast machine bolt anchor with a single internal expanding cone for use in concrete, concrete block and brick.

Double Expansion - Utilizes the same basic anchor design as the single expansion anchor, but with double expansion cones to provide higher loads and better performance in base materials of questionable strength.

Drop In - Internally threaded deformation controlled expansion anchors with a pre-assembled expander plug, suitable for flush mount applications in solid base materials. Setting tools not included.

Setting Tools - Used to drive the expansion plug toward the bottom of the drop in style anchor.

Lag Screw Expansion Shield - Die cast zinc alloy expansion shield for anchoring lag screws in a variety of base materials, including concrete, concrete block, brick and mortor joints. Radial ribs provide additional holding power in softer materials.

Acrylic Adhesives - Two-component, acrylic-based adhesive for use as a high strength anchor grouting material.

Acrylic Screen - Acrylic screens are 50 mesh stainless steel. Screens are used in hollow CMU, hollow brick and unreinforced masonry applications to contain adhesive around the anchor and prevent it from running into voids.

Adhesive Retaining Caps - Adhesive Retaining Caps make overhead and vertical installation easier by preventing the adhesive from running out of the hole.

Dispensing Tool - Manual and pneumatic tools for dispensing acrylic and epoxy adhesives.

Epoxy Adhesives - Two-component, low odor, 1:1 ratio, 100% solids, epoxy-based adhesive for use as a high strength, non-shrink anchor grouting material.

Epoxy Screens - Epoxy screens are 60 mesh carbon steel. Screens are used in hollow CMU, hollow brick and unreinforced masonry applications to contain adhesive around the anchor and prevent it from running into voids.

Hole Cleaning Brushes - Brushes are used for cleaning drilled holes prior to adhesive anchor installation.

Mixing Nozzles and Retaining Nuts - Mixing Nozzles are designed for the proper proportioning and mixing of the different adhesive formulations.

Vinylester Capsule (Hammer) - Two-component, vinylester based adhesive contained within a glass capsule.

Threaded Rod - Fully threaded rod available in bulk or cut to length. Used for a number of applications in steel and concrete construction. Grade A, B7, 36, 55, 60, 75, 105. 3', 6', 12' standard lengths.
